A longtime Douglas County resident, she has seen what wildfire can do to families who lose their homes, and years on the administrative side of construction companies taught her to run outdoor and equipment work with honesty, integrity and an eye for detail.

Rebecca leads strategy, estimating, documentation, invoicing and cost tracking, the systems that keep every project transparent and dependable. She wants every customer treated the way she'd want her own family treated.

Heavy equipment operator, mechanic, farmer, fabricator and outdoorsman, with multiple national action sports titles on the side. Anyone who says "jack of all trades, master of none" hasn't met Darin.

Darin is the backbone of our equipment work. He assesses site conditions, plans the approach, runs the machines and makes sure the finished job is practical and done right. Customers love him for seeing every project through to the finish line. He also knows more about heavy equipment than most people know about their lunch.

Chris has lived in the mountains of Sedalia since he was three months old and grew up with clippers in one hand and a saw in the other, clearing the family property and processing firewood to heat the house. An Eagle Scout and lifelong camper, he has seen his share of lightning strikes, wildfires and close calls, so fire mitigation is personal.

A professional athlete from age 16, Chris spent nearly two decades as a stunt performer on major Hollywood films, where safety and precision aren't optional. He leads field operations, project planning and client communication, making sure every job has a clear scope, realistic expectations and consistent follow-through. He also has an unnatural love of hard manual labor.
